Instead of wars and religion all Britain would have to do is let Attey talk.
Of course DAtten wouldn't show his face, his power is much like that of a Wizard of Oz. The voice with out a face is like God's word.
He could talk about anything, religion, politics, animals, food preparation, it doesn't matter. The conversation would always end with D.A. saying something along the lines of, "Please allow us to expropriate your land by honour of the queen!". He would have been Inception before Inception.
*If that movie starred The Boroughs voice it would have been over in seconds*
Atten Bomb is a weapon! Way more so than Oprah Winfrey! Oprah may be a bomb too but only in Life DVD sales.
